Quick, clean and a quiet location when I went.
The staff here are incredible. Very friendly! Ben is an amazing human and has great customer service skills. I cant say a bad... thing about any staff from this location. I will choose to drive the extra 5 mins just to go here. Thank you all for making mydog (colby) and my family feel like a part of your team! 5 stars all around! Give this crew a pizza party!! I specifically go out of my way to go to this location. They hands down make the best iced capp. I?m surprised to read some of... the negative comments. I think customers should remember that people make mistakes and that?s okay. Just let the very friendlystaff know (politely) and they will fix it no problem! Anyone near St Andrews / Southwood area. Tim Hortons at Glen?s is at again. 25 minutes to go thru drive thru. Once you get part... way around building you?re stuck. An hour before another person had the same 1/2 hour wait The service has continually gonesideways the past year. Understaffed, undertrained and incompetent counter people. Even in store , when they have too many staffthey fall all over each other to accomplish nothing The store is always out of product. How do you screw up an order for 2medium BLACK coffees? They can.
