The hours say 11pm but after sitting at the order kiosk in the drive thru to nobody serving me I left. Very very poor service.... The manager should be ashamed. If you have nobody to tend the drive thru then put pylons in front of it like the rest of the TimHortons. Read more
25 minute line inside. There were only teenagers working with no leadership in sight. They clearly needed some guidance because... multiple times there were 3 staff members looking at the order screen trying to figure out what was next. 2 cashiers at thefront counter that were also responsible to fill the orders they were taking. 4 people left without their orders because theline was not moving. Horrible experience. There are two new guys probably 14 or 15 years old... they have no clue what happening neither they want to... work.. it was not even crowded .. but they 20 min to track my mobile order for simple coffee .. horrible and they made itcompletely wrong. .. just worst tim hortons outlet ever. Oh sorry, we don't have any egg. I have heard this now at least dozen times in the morning going through the drive through.... Sometimes I just want a breakfast sandwich when I'm pressed for time, and sooo many times at this location, they for some reasondon't have any egg ready at around 5:30am. It's breakfast time! You might want to get on top of that. 3 times in a row it'shappened only at this location. And another 7 or 8 times previously.The last time It happened, I just drove straight past thewindow and had to drive to another location, where they gladly served me some eggs. But they do have sausage ready if you wantthat thrown in an english muffin. Just get your eggs prepped! Update- Just went in store this morning and only wanted 3 timbitswith my order. Young lady at the counter told me I had to buy 10 !!! I tried to tell her I could buy only 1 if I wanted to, butshe kept telling me, "no you have to buy 10" Since when did this start??? I always go through the drive thru at this location. The lineup is very long but I plan for that. I understand staff... shortages, but I do have issues regarding the inconsistencies in food quality. I always order the turkey bacon club. Thesandwich is different each time. Sometimes there's little to no mayo, while other times the tomato is lacking or even missing.
