Even though it is only take out, it is still sooo slow. I remember a few years back coming to this Tim Hortons when it was in... original place, there were ladies that worked there, Nicole, Jessica and Tracey and it was friendly and quick but they stillmade you feel welcome. Now it?s literally a job. They don?t seem to enjoy it. If you don?t want to deal with people, get out ofcustomer service. The food is now mediocre and the coffee is not always hot. I have had to ask them twice to remake my coffeebecause it was cold. I ordered a candy cane hot chocolate with whipped cream. I said there was no whipped cream and they advisedme it was melted already. I really don?t like coming here but when you?re stuck at CMH, it?s the best you can do as theyunderstandably don?t want people running in and out for coffees. They need lots of work! Read more

Ridiculous working hours. Rest of the hospital is open 24/7 and need to leave to get food/ coffee after hours??

Best "Tim Hortons" in the city! Always injuring myself so I have an excuse to come to the hospital. Last time I came here they... threw in an extra "timbit" after I said my daughter was dying from cancer. So touching. Read more

Went there today May 11th. 2018 and had breakfast. English muffin was not toasted and very dry. Bacon was way under cooked and... the cheese was half on half on the sandwich. Was very disappointed. Read more
