This place is a hidden gem. We're so thankful it is right around the corner in this little village - not only to have a place to... eat, but also a great place to eat! Creative sandwiches and salads, it has quickly become a favorite. Fresh salads that gobeyond the usual Ceasar or Cobb, and amazing sandwiches. My husband loves their Reuben, it is his favorite. I love theirVeggie Burger -fresh veggie patty, so flavorful, a great sauce and available on a delicious pretzel bun. Always hits thespot. Their curry chicken salad is perfect - wish I had the recipe. Their brisket is a savory and delicious treat, wish Icould eat it every day. Their Cole Slaw is an easy favorite, and their potato salad is good (and I'm not usually a fan ofpotato salad) . For the quality of ingredients, the uniqueness of their recipes, and the location these prices are totallyreasonable. Service is always quick and we always enjoy a chat with the folks who man the cash register. This place is great andI recommend it to anyone passing through, or even if it is a drive - it's worth it! Delicious!! I am thankful to come across a delicious sandwich shop that uses Boar's Head products!! Much respect for the owners... of this shop for their use of products, sandwich creations and it conveniently connects to a liquor store, just in case you needto pick up a few things on your way out! Nice places for sandwiches. We got the beef and the flat bread pizza for the adults. We really enjoyed them. We ordered the... pizza and hot dog from the kids menu. Good value and tasty lunch. We also try the ice cream. Read more
We were really excited with all the menu. But the whole experience was pretty bad. First, the man at the counter was so rude... and not welcoming at all. The lady is much nicer. She did not help us with the order but I saw her helping othercustomers. Second, the food is pretty pricey, which seems to be understandable judging from the food they have on the menu. Butthe actual food is really not worth the price. My baked salmon burger was not that good. The salmon was so processed and notfresh. It does not taste or smell like salmon. It just tastes like some processed meat patty. The grilled cheese is so plainthat I feel like I wasted $8. The only thing I like was the side of clery and carrot with ranch and their ranch was reallygood. Read more
My husband and I stopped here on our way through Cambridge this afternoon. I ordered the Kaboom, and he had the Brisket. Both... were fantastic! Wish I lived closer because I could eat that sandwich three times a week and not get tired of it. My onlycomplaint was that the chicken breast wasn't trimmed--can't stand getting that mouthful of grizzly bits. Do yourself a favor andstop here for a sandwich--you'll love it! Read more
