Even though it says they close at 10:00, you started to just close at 9:30 because it's two people there and no one in line.... Apparently they don't just don't want to work anymore. God forbid they stay open at work the last half hour for us 3 wanting toeat today. If the job is too hard for you, find another job. The following day: I came in about 11:30 or so for lunch. It wasone person in front taking the orders. Apparently this was the same person doing drive-thru as well. There were two people inback making the product and there is one person at the fryer. It was not one of the new menu items on the computer and the ladyout front called what sounded to be the owner. The concerns about the lack of product on the computer was made and I'm runningto registers with too much and one needed to be closed. Service was slow and they're was only a trickle in of business. It wascomplaint from an employee that is too much, that there are short staffed. In one particular person wasn't trained in aregister. Meanwhile, the guy at the fryer kept standing because there was nothing for him to do. He pulled out three orders ofcurly fries and back to you standing cuz there's nothing to do. And he kept looking around but he did not have any direction.Furthermore, the roast beef that I did order tasted like unclaimed dirty equipment. I spent half my life working in restaurantsand that's the best way I can describe it. It was very unpleasant but it has almost been a full day without one food becausethey decided to come early last night. But I digress. I've come to realize that the negative experience with this place is 100%due to the lack of leadership. Perhaps there is not a manager that's actually managed before or perhaps it's not a generalmanager. Perhaps his rent supposedly directly from the owner who thinks this is a turn-key business. It is not. There is noleadership in this and I do not see leadership qualities in any established employee. If it was the owner in w Read more

This is the worst Arby's I've been to by far. I ordered the Greek Gyro and Spicy Crispy Chicken. The meat in the Gyro was cold.... Not cool or room temp, but cold. When I asked the curly haired young man behind the counter he told me they don't grill or nukeit, just take it right off the slicer. I doubt they have a vertical griller, but if do it must not be lit. Pita bread was coldbut none of the Arby's grill or nuke them. They're always cold. The SGC was cool, and extremely sloppy. So much Mayo that itglopped every where and the Filet slid all over the bun. It was so bad it was almost impossible to get a bite of it. Wastefulamount of Mayo. The staff seemed to have little idea of what they were doing. Table tops were dirty. The Crinkle Fries werevery hot and fresh when I received them. They got that right. I shall not return here. Worst Arby's I've found. Read more

Driving through we tried this Arby's on Friday night, amazing. Came back again tonight since it was such a positive experience... and tonight we were greatly disappointed. The food was not fresh, room temperature at best. The roast beef was more chip choppedthen slices so it fell apart and went everywhere. The staff here is extremely confused on their roast beef deal. Is it 5/$10 or4/$10? Last time we got 4 and today we got 5. Both receipts say 5/$10 but Lady Lu assured me last time it was only 4 sandwichesfor $10 not 5. Tonight an elderly lady wasn't given a drink carrier for her 3 drinks, then handed a bag of food. Then shedropped her food on the floor. No one but my husband helped her. She wasn't offered a new bag either. This is not how we treatpeople, especially our elderly. We won't be returning. So disrespectful. Read more

I think the issue was part understaffing, part poor staffing. Half the staff was outside smoking, and only entered the... restaurant once customers arrived. I only saw one kitchen employee out of four wearing gloves, which is always concerning. Thedining room was filthy; there wasn't a seat I felt comfortable sitting in to wait for my food. The service was slow, and when wegot our crinkle-cut fries they had obviously been sitting out a while and had not been salted. The curly fries were fresh butthe chicken sandwich was nasty. I pass by here weekly and for roughly the past six months, either the drive through is closed or the whole operation is closed.... It's now 5:38 p.m. and the drive through is blocked. When I pulled up to order inside, I learned that the restaurant is closedfor the day. UPDATE: I received a reply from the owner suggesting "call your local restaurant to confirm (current hours ofoperation)." Really? I call a five-star steakhouse in downtown Indianapolis to confirm reservations, not a fast food operation. What a pathetic attempt to deflect incompetent management. If you can't find good help, then pay more and treat your employeesbetter and then pull the franchise of any owner who continues to ruin your brand. Read more
