This store is ridiculous. The employees are rude. However, management members Robert and Krislyn have 0 customer service ability... and should not be managing a team in regards to customer service at all. An order was placed through their app before cut offtime for breakfast, we drove to pick it up, it says if you having an issue to go in and speak with a crew member. This was done.By the time it was said and done it was 11:33 "lunch time" order was placed during breakfast time. Theu refused to make it afterbreakfast,refused a refund said it had to go through the mobile app. And refused to correct the issue in any way. As well as the2 managers (who answer the business phone with "hello") argued with me over the phone, laughed at my frustrations, and told meno. When I asked for their supervisor he said he can't tell me when or where she'll be working, can't give me a number tocontact her, and then argued with me on his customer service skills because I can not figure out how an app works. Stopped here as a truck driver and took my break. No toilet paper in either bathroom. Asked for some. Was told they were... completely out. This was in the morning. In the afternoon I went into the bathroom and there was no soap. I ordered A 6 piecechicken nugget. There were 5 nuggets in the Box and didn't get my sauce. Went back up front to ask for sauce and another nuggetand the packet they gave me was sticky on top and wasn't fully sealed like it had been used or opened or something. I havestopped here before and it's always been fine but this was just a very disappointing visit. Read more
I normally have been very pleased with McDonald's. This evening, I was heading home to Richmond, and I thought something soft... and cool would be good to have inside due to this extreme heat. I stopped at the McDonald's in Cambridge City and tried toorder a Chocolate Pretzel McFlurry. I was told their ice cream machine was down. I politely said thank you, and I left. Don't waste your money here. Ordered $25 worth of food. Dining room was closed we had to eat in the truck. Food was COLD! Tea... was nasty. Had to argue with the dumb kid at the register window and inform him that a #7 was a meal and came with fries and adrink as he wanted to charge extra for fries and a drink. Went back through drive thru to ask for fresh hot fries and thecheeseburgers they forgot. Gave me cold fries again. Cold chicken nuggets, cold cheeseburgers with hard buns and no condiments,water down drinks, no napkins worst service ever. I won't spend my money here again. Open your dining room! Worst McDonald's experience I've had ever. I would recommend skipping this establishment as the quality of food seems to be... non-existent. I live local and have visited this location throughout my lifetime. The pictures I'm posting are of the fries Ireceived for a medium and large. Though I didn't weight them to be sure, certain that the amount is the same. To make mattersworse, they were cold and inedible. My quarter pound burger was pink inside despite it being old. Also got nuggets which werealso cold and old. I used to work at a different restaurant and remember that there are hold times for the food that is preppedto make sure this kind of experience doesn't happen. As part part of management training, I was encouraged to try food that hadsurpassed this time so I knew why it was important not to do so. This is why I can tell it is old and shouldn't be served.
