This store needs to lose its backing. The manager is doing the worst job I have ever seen. High schoolers sitting inside talking... to each other rather than running the window or counter. I sat at the counter for 45 minutes before someone even came over tolet me pay for my order. Just shut down, you're slower than a taco bell at 3am. Read more

They lost a very loyal customer in me 6 months ago. I pulled in at their curbside, and waited along with multiple other... vehicles, as it was still open and available in the app. 30 minutes go by and no one brought out food to any of the vehicles,so I called the phone number on the curbside sign. Oddly enough, my spot was the only one that still had the phone numberposted. They hung up on me twice before I could even get a word out, then left their phone off the hook to stop any future callsfrom me or the other drivers. Then I waited in the drive-thru line for an hour just to try to get a refund. They said theycouldn?t reimburse me because I ordered through the app and gave me a corporate phone number to call. After multiple attemptsto reach someone this way, getting the run-around each time, I was finally told they wouldn?t be able to refund me. What?sworse, they said this location could?ve and should?ve refunded me the night it happened. I will never go to any anotherMcDonald?s until they give me my money back, and I?ll never go back to this location ever again. when ordering the 2 pie deal from the online app I usually end up only getting 1, & thats only if I'm lucky & it doesn't get... replaced with a muffin or the cookies. The fries are never filled enough to equal the lg u ordered & pd for,Their hot fudgeSundays have started looking skimpy & im pretty sure the yogurt cups (w/granola) have gotten quite a bit smaller!
