Order never showed up. Was told by manager on duty it was probably stolen by Doordash driver...even though I ordered it directly... from Pizza Hut. Was refused a refund and hung up on. Very unprofessional! Would give Camby Pizza Hut a NEGATIVE 10 if possibleafter my experience last night. Read more

Placed order for 2 pizzas at 9:41pm. Got an email that it would be delivered at 10:56pm which is ridiculous for a Monday night.... At 11:15pm, pizza had still not arrived. Called the store and found out that they were closed. App still says my order is inthe oven. No phone call, just no pizza. HORRIBLE! Read more
Ordered a pizza and wings. Couldn't even eat the pizza because it was so disgusting, and I've eaten alot of bad pizzas before. ... But this was like cardboard, since when does stuff crust have a crunch and paper thin, like they ran out of dough or used olddough. When I called she said that, YOU guys are the ones who changed it to be made that way. I found that really hard tobelieve, said they can't do refund united gm is there and he wasn't. So instead she offered me a $20 credit to be used by theend of September. Looked today and it was not there, so hey $39 plus tip and I couldn't even eat the pizza. So I had to cooksomething because I was scared to eat more than 2 wings. When the pizza was that bad I didn't wanna get food poisoning ???? Ijust want a refund because its not fair. The pizza here used to be really really good like 10 years ago but the high prices drove us to try other pizza joints Marco's... Pizza is always spot on and if there's a problem they definitely will make it right whereas Pizza Hut did not make it rightafter trying them the first time in like 6 years I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza it came with no barbecue sauce I tried tocall at least 10 times to let the manager know what was going on. Makes me wonder how many more people's Pizza didn't have anysauce on it and they couldn't get it fixed. It really threw me for a loop I had guests that were expecting to eat and I had toscramble and make extra salad so that everyone had enough to eat because literally that pizza with no sauce is dry as cardboardand is not consumable enjoyably anyway Read more
I'm sure I will get the same scripted reply that every other one star review on here has, but seriously, don't order from this... pizza hut. I should have learned from past mistakes and not ordered from them tonight. We have had multiple orders that wereridiculously late, unexpectedly cancelled, cold, not cut, breadsticks not cut, cheese forgotten... just overall bad service.Tonight we ordered a pizza and the track my order thing never updated. The last time that happened we waited forever and thenthey closed and just never gave us our order. So a few minutes before they closed we tried to call just to see if we are gettingthe pizza, or if they were too swamped and needed to cancel it and we should figure out other dinner plans.
