Today is my last Starbucks visit. I order iced green tea everyday, its colored water, I order with no water added, still... straight water no taste. DUNKIN DONUTS ICED GREEN TEA HAS TASTE AND COST LESS, ALSO DONT HAVE TO WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR A MOBILORDER PLACED 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOU GET THERE. DUNKIN DONUT ROCKS!!!! Read more

I hate that this is the only Starbucks close to me. We just moved to Mooresville from Northwest side Indy where there are at... least 3 different locations to choose from. This Mooresville location ALWAYS has a line wrapped around the building and ALWAYSat least a 30 min wait in drive thru. They do get my drinks right and are usually nice but after today, I?m not sure if I?ll bereturning. Again, today the line was wrapped around the building so I decided to go inside. BIG MISTAKE!! I waited inside for mydrinks for almost 45min. I only ordered 2. They had 6 people working but clearly the drive thru and pick up orders takepresident over everyone else. This Starbucks location also never has the newly released cups. So frustrating! Read more

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. There is very little parking, if you make it past the drive-thru line. It also... has the worst organizational setup I have ever seen. They do not make drinks in the order they're ordered and as such your drinkmay be sat on a counter to melt while none of the staff are helping to hand out the orders. People are left to fend forthemselves. If you are going here: only use drive-thu, going inside is only worse. Read more

I order a ham and Swiss baguette at over 7$ and they replace it with a 4$ item without saying anything or just not charging me... because they did not have an item, this occurs frequently. I called to sort it out but no one answers their line phone.Starbucks is sloppy now but i used to enjoy it, it is a shame. I'll brew my own from now on. Read more

My husband went to Camby store yesterday and ordered my usual chocolate crème cold brew and when he got home it was THE worst... drink I?ve ever put in my mouth. Literally tasted like foam and dirt mop water!! Am disappointed and disgusted. Starbucks atalmost $8 a cup you got to do better!!!! Read more

This is my worst experience I've ever had at a starbucks. I asked for a cold brew with white mocha syrup. I received a hot white... mocha. I politely said this was supposed to be a cold brew. The redhead lady who I assume was the manager. Gave me a dirty lookand was rude when i handed it back to the blonde lady. The blonde lady asked if I wanted to keep it, the redhead lady ripped itfrom her hands and threw it away. I didn't want the drink anyways. However this ladies poor attitude will stop me from evergoing back. This was the redheads own mistake for not listening to what I wanted, when she took my order. I still didn't receivethe cold brew, what I got was an iced mocha. This lady reflects poorly on Starbucks. I have never had a bad experience untilthis store. -one star for rudeness, -one star for drink being wrong, -one star for drink being wrong a second time. -one starfor overall experience. My sandwich and pumpkin bread were good, but they don't make them. Read more

On 03 July 2021 I ordered 2 drinks the exact same, strawberry lemonade refresher with light ice and no strawberry scoop. 1st... they?re clearly made different (see the pictures). One was pure lemonade and the other was only strawberry, and you can see thedifference in color also. 2nd the cups were half ice so they didn?t give us light ice like requested. 3rd when I asked if it waslight ice the barista said ?sure whatever you ordered it?s that. You?re not going to get more drink because of light ice? andshe laughed and proceeded to close the window. I wanted the light ice because I planned on drinking them the next day or two,and I didn?t want them watered down. So she was rude for assuming. I?ve never had a good experience here and I?ve been over ahandful of times. Just save yourself a trip because you?ll be disappointed. Update: I went here again on 07 January 2022 hopingthe baristas would be better, and/or hoping this location got better help. Nope. I was in the drive through for 38 minutes, thenthey gave me someone else?s drink. I asked if they could take it back and make the drink that I had ordered and paid for, and Iwas told it would be a longer wait. I said that?s fine and I?ll be patient. My drink was made wrong and it didn?t taste like acold foam coffee at all. I left disappointed once again. This Starbucks is absolutely terrible, and it?s a reflection on themanagement clearly. I understand it?s just coffee but if the service is terrible, the coffee is terrible, and the store is amess, etc. and it?s every time I go -that?s when you realize it?s a bigger issue. Read more
