A couple of months ago ordered a to-go meal--multiple sandwiches from this Subway. What I got was slop and hard stale bread... without the guac I paid extra for. The dressing was literally poured all over the sandwich to which it was soggy and uneatableunless I wanted some sandwich with my sauce. I reached out to Subway for a complaint and received a response from Dawn Dennymulti unit manager telling me that I would receive "coupons" for my order. I never received anything from Dawn, nor did I everreceive a refund for my order, they at the minimal stole $1.50 from me by making me pay extra for something they did notinclude. I have not been back since and would also stay away from the Subway on Ameriplex as it is owned by the same person. Read more
My wife and I decided to have Subway for dinner. The manager who was on shift was really nice and very kept asking if we needed... refills. Out of every restaurant we have been to besides steakhouses was the only place where a manager or crew member made surewe had something to drink so we didn't have to get up and get it. The crew was really nice. The restaurant was very clean. Therestroom was very clean. She definitely deserves a raise. The bread is always fresh. Read more
Every day when come in and the manager waits on me, she always a mad look on her and not too friendly. I eat here cause it is... better than mcdonalds and healthier. It would be nice to have her approach in a nicer way. If she doesn't like her job then sheso find something else. I get the impression she doesn't want to wait on me and it's a bother to her to wait on some one. Someof the younger ones she Has hired approaches youthe same way.
