Overpriced, but what isn't these days. Sandwich sat on a steel counter for over 5 minutes until the manager tapped a screen an... suddenly realized a dine in customer (me) was waiting for his order. A single cheese no tomatoes didn't take long at all tomake. Just a disconnect between production and service area. Ate my semi cold sandwich and left. Read more
Sent husband to get food tonight. He gets back, there is no BBQ for my child's kids meal. No cheese on our Chillis, but you know... we got charged. And no straws. To top it off he had to go through the drive twice just to get the Chillis they forgot. I wouldhave called and talked to a manager but they wouldn't answer the phone. Read more

Quality food, slower drive through. Often sold out of potatoes when I order on my lunch break later in the day. I'm av evening... shifter and usually drive through about 7-8 pm. Read more
Not really impressed. For the most part service was friendly and fast. However the fries were not hot. There was no ice in... the drink machine and actually there wasn?t but a couple choices in the drink machine out in the seating area. This required usto stand in line to get drinks or refills. Cleanliness of the eating area could be improved. Read more
Stopped in for a quick bit of breakfast on a Sunday morning. It's a nice looking restaurant. It was pretty slow at the time,... and the service was quick and friendly. Got a breakfast baconator, and it came out within a reasonable amount of time. By theway, if you haven't had a breakfast baconator, you really ought to give it a try. It's quite different from your typical run ofthe mill breakfast sandwich. Would have liked to give four stars, but despite how slow they were, I noticed that nobody hadbothered to mop up what appeared to be a puddle of chocolate milk on the floor. Read more
It is unfortunate to be unable to give this particular Wendy?s anything above a one-star rating, but here we are. Looking for a... quick, inexpensive dinner, I stopped in on a Tuesday evening to enjoy a ?4 for 4.? Once the staff could be bothered enough totake my order; I waited about 5 minutes for it to show up at the counter, sans nugget sauce. Once returning to ask for thesauce, I was told by one of three young men, ?oh, hold on - we?ll be with you in a minute.? Clearly they needed to finish aconversation, as they were not doing anything else. A manager had to come ask what I needed. When I asked her for sauce, one ofthe three boys said, ?good luck,? implying they were out. After another minute or so, he came out with an entire box ofsauce. The food was okay, the service was clearly lacking. And while I understand the store was being operated by primarilyhigh school-aged kids, it was still a great disappointment. Their language was inappropriate, their attitude and demeanor wasinadequate, and one had his pants nearly falling off. I do not need to see a child?s underwear. Not a little - not the entirerear end of a young man. It was disgusting. This Wendy?s has some major improvements to make. I can?t imagine customersreturning here with this kind of service. Read more
Gross, nasty, drink machine in the dining area out of almost all flavors. Tables dirty, floors covered with trash. Kids working... there apparently don't care. People waiting on food 4 ever. Cashier with ear buds texting on their phone while waiting oncustomers...place is a wreck. Obviously not a manager around. I left without picking up my order...they can keep it...placesucks. Read more
