I usually love this place but lately, it hasn't been so great. I ordered my food in the drive thru where I was informed it'll... take 15 min on chicken which is long but ok cool. After 30 min I still didn't have my order and when I did get it instead of abreast that I ordered, I received a thigh for the 3rd time in a row. Hopefully things get back to normal soon Read more
The food is usually very good. This trip not so much. My hubby gets a 2 piece with surcharge for 2 breasts & always gets cole... slaw. Well when we got home it was 2 thighs & beans & rice, I always get a 5 piece strips & mashed taters & gravy. I only got 3strips. I don't like paying more as things has went up but I do mind paying more & not getting my correct order. Read more
Yeah so, this is showing up on hwy 4 in locust bayou. I thought I was being sheisted to be murdered, it led me to a swamp land... in the middle of the woods, middle of the night, I'm just lookin for some greasy chicken and not from here. Last 2 times I went there was awful ????. Use to be best place around 100 mile radius to get Popeyes. But now OMG the very worse... don?t waste your money. Read more
Sad excuse for a restaurant. I went through drive through informed the lady that was on the intercom that I had 2 separate... orders ,she then said I needed to come in as if the covid isn't out. I then asked her why? She never answered. I then proceededto pull up at the window. I asked her for her Corporate's phone number. She then rolled her eyes an called for her manager. Ithen asked her for her Corporate number. Once again she didn't know it either. Will not be returning to this mess of arestaurant. Read more
I have eaten here off and on for years. I've had multiple instances where they didn't get my order right.This Popeyes really... needs help. The last time I went to Popeyes there was smelly water all outside the store, as if their swrage system was backedup. I ordered a 10.00 box and didn?t get what they said it would be it was supposed to have chicken, tenders, and shrimp but all I... got was 2 pieces of chicken, and 2 sided plus drink.
