I called to make an order of 6 pizza?s for my sons birthday party to see if they delivered to base. The first person said yes... through hotspot, the second person said yes but only if you order online. Well I ordered online, everything went through, I evencalled back to confirm the time for 730 and it was perfect. Well the time came for them to deliver and I got a call saying theydon?t do hotspots to the base and haven?t for a long time (well your website says your do as well as 2 employees). What?s mostupsetting is you called when you were supposed to deliver, why didn?t you call when I put in the order or spoke to you on thephone multiple times? You even made the pizza. Pizza was barely warm when it arrived. Was mainly dough and cheese with almost no sauce. Wings had good flavor but size was... pathetic. Finally, driver forgot my 2 liter, only saving grace is that he did offer to bring one back and he actually followedthrough... That is the reason for the one star instead of zero. Read more
Relatively fast delivery, but... I don?t have enough digits on my hands to count how many times they didn?t give me marinara... sauce with my sides (I even put ?please remember marinara? in my delivery instructions, multiple times, actually every time,after the first time they forgot to include my marinara) To be fair, when I called them to tell them about the missing marinara,they usually offered me a free side for my next order? And then when I ordered my next order [with my free side,] although theside was free, they still forgot my marinara when they delivered it... This turned into a loop of me not getting the requestedmarinara, and also me and giving up on ordering from Domino?s. The pizza is always good, however, the wait times are EXTREMELY long! Be sure to add about 30 minutes to whatever time you are... told to pick up you order. I was told that two employees walked out today 12/4/21, but what was the excuse the last time I washere? I was also told that my next medium pizza would be free when I came in last month. Of course, there was no record of that.I was told that just so would order again. If you can go somewhere else and get your pizza quickly, I would. I enjoy the taste,so I put up with the delays! You really can't beat how fast and cheap dominos is. They have a coupon for a large 3 - topping pizza for 7.99 and for 2 more... dollars you can make it an extra large. I ordered using said coupon and it tasted great. Basically I made a meat lovers pizza.It had bacon, sausage and pepperoni on a Brooklyn style crust. It was pretty good. Took all of 15 minutes between ordering itand picking it up. Also they will bring it to your car now, which is nice. Read more
