Dunkin is always a treat. I especially enjoy all the freebies from my reward points by using the app. Plus it makes things go... much quicker in the drive thru line. Friendly quick service inside. My only complaint is that they have signs inside one of the donut cases so you can't see what is... offered in that one. Mentioned to staff and was told that's where corporate wants it.???? Store is also clean and much betterlayout after updating. Thanks again for the good service and donuts.????? Read more

I don?t post negative reviews unless I give a business 3-4 chances to get it right and self-correct. Each time I?ve gone to this... specific Dunkin they have gotten my order wrong. The 4th time, instead of going thru the drive-thru, I went inside only to betold that the order is correct after they looked in the bag. I showed them my receipt and items they gave and one of the womenproceeds to tell me that ?yea, this order is correct!? I showed her the app from where I placed the order and paid; you guessedit, she died on the hill of wanting to be right. I said ?ma?am, where do you see a bagel on my order? And where is the macchiatow/2shots?? She looks closer and walks off with an attitude. Another woman sees what happens and, with grace and professionalism,replaces the items w/the ordered ones. The other woman who walks off w/an attitude as if ?I? got the order wrong sets a coffee(not a macchiato w/2 extra espresso shots) down on the counter and walks away. I sipped it and could tell that it was regularcoffee. I sat it back down and walked away promising myself never to enter this establishment again. On the bright side, theyare very fast (almost lightning speed) w/your order?maybe that?s the problem afterall?moving too fast and getting everythingwrong. S.DuPont Dunkin SLOW DOWN!! People will appreciate getting what they paid for; and even when a mistake is made, let?s notargue with the customer when they have all the proof that YOU got the order wrong. Read more
Don?t waste your time calling! No one cares about answering the phone. They ring and ring and ring. And no matter how many times... you call no matter when you call they won?t answer. My whole order was messed up and I cannot contact anyone. On top of this Ican not turn around to get it replaced. But it?s not their problem. Honestly I wouldn?t recommend going at all! Read more
I just got a coffee & food from here around noon on June 5. The food is great, pretty standard. I ordered an ice coffee and it... came out hot?I?ve always drank ice coffee, even when it snows out, mistakes happen so I corrected it no problem. The girl whowas making my coffee proceeded to bad mouth me saying I ordered hot coffee and that I?m lieing.. she was working in the back andshe was loud enough to where I heard her in my car. So the entire store and kitchen easily heard her and I was prettyembarrassed even though I didn?t do anything wrong. The window worker (short blonde) was super nice and apologetic but whoeverwas in the back is a prime example of a toxic personality in the workplace. I?m very polite and understanding of restaurantssince I?ve worked in the food industry before, and honestly I?ve never felt this disrespected at a restaurant before. Read more
