The place was packed due to being new. Service was quick and food ready in a timely manner. They had a large group of employees... working the stations. The food was good and portions big. The only problem was the pricing. We ordered four (4) burgers, drinksand one (1) order of fries. The bill came to over $50. Not a place to visit on a regular basis. Read more

The line was to the door when going in during lunch time, and the staff taking the orders were quick and efficient, getting the... line down in 5 minutes. Food came out exceptional. First day opening and everyone did great and really rocked it. Love Five Guys- so glad to have one close to home now! Read more
Yes today is the first day in grand opening but unfortunately they were not prepared and when I asked the general manager to... make sure my french fries were well-done (or at least cooked all the way ) and a hotdog well-done the general manager, he says?we only do it one way?! I told him that is not true I?ve been on the Fiveguys for over 22 years and also in other countries tooand when you asked for your french fries to be cooked all the way through they have no problem the general manager had a sassytongue and his acid tongue is not pleasurable . Here are the photos to prove the french fries were uncooked and potentiallyharmful I will be contacting the corporate office they had more than adequate time to get up and running and train the staffproperly. I hope my second visit is much better because I eat at five guys twice a week sometimes 3 times. On a bright point,the little cheeseburger was cooked perfect & the hot dog was also cooked perfection but French fries, had to chuck them. Icannot get sick from eating uncooked food. Steve Read more
Premium prices with typical service. CHECK YOUR FOOD! Unfortunately they suffer from the same problems as everywhere else except... when they forget something it might cost you upwards of $2. First visit, first time ordering they forgot my Bacon on the BaconCheeeseburger. After the 20 min wait I wasnt thinking to check the bag or burger but here I am after a $30 order not enjoying myBacon Cheeseburger at home. Read more
Finally! Finally open and finally got a chance to visit. I was not disappointed! For as busy as it was, they really got... customers served quickly.
