Unbelievably slow delivery. I am generally a pretty patient person, but when I ordered at 7:12, the email gave a 28 minute... delivery time (they are a mile away)...8:27 and still waiting. I called the store to inquire about the time and the first personI talked to hung up on me. The second person gave the suggestion to send it back in order to utilize the delivery guaranteebecause they only have 2 drivers and had 30 orders come in at once. Best sales pitch ever on an extra large meat lovers & brownie combo - came a medium pizza and a list of toppings (no extra... cheese as ordered!) With Military discount $28.74 - I called the manager (who never gave her name) and said it saved me 9.00with discount - what a rip off and poor customer service!! Had pizza here many times and it was consistently burnt, you can hear the crunch when eating a slice.
Worst customer service ever. After waiting 1 1/2 hours I was told a driver should be at my house in 5-10 minutes I was already... at the point of driving to local drive through for a meal. The manager Kyle tried to keep from canceling by offering my nextorder free but I will not be placing an order with this establishment again when my order was stated to take 32 mins. Read more
We ordered before and had an issue, but not this time. Sometimes you?re not on your game and other times you?re doing an... amazing job, just depends on how busy you are. Our delivery driver was very courteous and followed the instructions perfectly.All parts of our order was accounted for. Breadsticks were over cooked and Chicken was very chewy but the pizzas were fine. Wedon?t order out from here unless there is some sort of special going on. Overall 3 out of 5 and we will probably order again inanother 3-4 months. Decent food. Breadsticks are normally the best part of the order. Read more
Usually we like papa John's, tonight I was waiting for our pizza, the delivery lady came in from doing a delivery. She jumped... behind the counter and started putting pizzas in boxes. Didn't wash her hands or anything. I said something to everyone and shestill kept doing the pizzas and never washed her hands. Totally disgusting will never go back. Order my pizza at 5pm they told me 35mins. It is now 6:38pm called the store twice guy answering the phone says nothing he can... do and he don't know where the driver is and can't tell me how long it will take for them to get here. Worse place ever Read more
