Great spot. Good selection of wine and Maine beer. The service is great, wonderful wait staff. Walk up, if there is a wait they... take your cell number, and shoot you a text when your table is ready. It?s always been quicker than they?ve told me. The foodselection is varied, and quite good. I?ve had the sesame ginger noodle dish and the lobster toast. A bit on the pricey side butthat?s what you get for a location like this. This is the beat place to see the sunset, get a drink (blood orange margarita) or just hangout. Best Bar and View in Camden.... Must See and the hostess is fantastic! Read more

While this is "the view" in Camden, the service is so atrocious, it is simply not worth it. While promised a 30 minute wait at 7... pm, it was closer to 2 hours. We were finally sat at 8:35 and were told that they close at 9:00. When asked, if they reallyexpected us to order and dine in 25 minutes, they explained to us that the restaurant was on top of the hotel, and they couldn'texpect their hotel guests to put up with noise after 9. Good tapas food and great view of the harbor and part of Camden. Came in for light dinner at 7pm and we were promptly given a... choice of seating and seated by a pleasant hostess. It was a cloudy cool day in August and the heaters were on making the placemore comfortable and warm with the flames dancing about. The two of us ordered the Curry Chicken Empanadas (3), the LobsterRolls (2 mini / chivrolls wes ) and the Ducktrap Smoked Seafood Platter (2 scallops, lots of smoked shrimp and smoked salmon).The empanadas were amazing and everything else was really good. The View offers one of the best views of Camden. Pretty roof top bar. Excellent wait staff- friendly, courteous, knowledgeable.... Delicious small plates, tasty drinks. Looking forward to going again. Read more
great view, nice location. A lot of potential but worst drink i have ever had. Really slow service. We got our drinks, took a... sip, looked at each other, paid and walked out. Wouldn't come back. Read more
An absolutely lovely atmosphere being seated above the town looking out the bay. The menu selection is small but that also means... it is all quality and fresh. We were very impressed by the charcuterie board and cocktails followed by a lobster popover meal(prefect to split between two). It can get windy up there so bring a jacket! Read more
