So disappointed because the sign outside says open till 2 a.m. and I pull up at 11:45 on a Saturday night and they're closed.... Then I go online and see that they're listed to be open until 4 AM. Checkers was one of my favorite burger spot. But lately there food be nasty and cold. I used to love their fries but they don't... taste the same or the burgers. And their service it's wack. I won't be going there anymore unless it's located somewhereelse...???? Read more

The best burgers you can eat, better than McDonald's, Burger king, or Wendy's. The place doesn't look amazing, but the food is... exquisite, it doesn't have a big place to sit, and it's outdoors, the employees are... okay? I can say that the are normalpeople having a little stressed day, thanks to the fact that their service is extremely good and fast, but it requires some oftheir mindfulness to do the job, but still they are good. This is a good place to be around if you are alone and hungry, or ifare tired of cooking, and want a cheap way to give food to your family, this is the solution. Read more

The manager appeared to be enthusiastic and had good customer service skills. My order was accurate and prepared quickly. The... young lady who handed me my beverages and rang up my transaction unfortunately appeared to be full of teenage attitude. She didnot smile or make eye contact. Read more
I don't usually write bad reviews but, this place was horrible. The greeter sounded like she had an attitude. Then had a another... person take the order. Not only did I wait for a while, but they got my order wrong after they confirmed my order at the window.I will never go there again. The company should have a secret shopper come every now and then and retrain those in need. I useto work in retail and know the feeling of "not wanting to be there" at times but at the end of the day, it's about providingexcellent customer service.
