This Dunkin Donuts should have been shut down a long time ago. The customer service is horrible and the owner, management, and... staff are highly disrespectful. The quality and freshness of the food is awful and if you complain about it or request a refundor for your food to be remade they will tell you that you can't come back to the store and will not serve you. They treat theresidents of camden less than human and pick and choose who they will and will not serve. Mainly because they have no respect ordecency for anyone they believe lives in camden or may be homeless. It will be a wonderful day when they knock it down andrebuild downtown Camden and put a more respectable business in the city. I would advise anyone I know to never patronize thisestablishment. Nice DUNKIN. DONT LIVE IN THIS AREA, but was visiting sum people n stopped here....n the coffee n bagels were nice n fresh n... delicious. Will bb when in area again. N they put a decent amount of cream cheese on the bagels too. People who work here rvery friendly too....WTG DUNKIN???????????????????????????? Read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY 31 years of living. NEVER WOULDVE THOUGHT I WOULD EXPERIENCE RACISM LIKE I... DID JUST VISITING ANOTHER STATE. I was very polite to this man , walked in with my family of four to get a hot chocolate and adonut for my daughter and this man refuse to service me. Made a big deal and kicked us out. My daughter is traumatized by thisexperience. We called the cops ourselves and they couldn?t do anything. I tried calling customer service and NOTHING. I askedfor a manager over and over and over he screamed at us and said he was the manager but the police outside said he wasn?t themanager. Read more
If I can give this DD a 0 start I would!! Don?t go here, I ordered latte and after leaving this store I ended up getting beg... like rashes alll over my dame body. Idk if it?s because of the drink or the store. Mind you I didn?t go no where else and I wasall covered. I definitely don?t recommend this location. Very filthy! Read more
Horrible with DoorDash orders!! I order coffee everyday from 2 Dunkin? locations. Unfortunately, I decided to stop using this... location as of today. I?ve ordered iced macchiatos and received iced coffees which cost less. I?ve ordered numerous large ordersfor my team to have multiple items missing. You can?t call nobody picks up the phone. This place is so ghetto. The staff is beyond rude, bathroom is never working, and when it does, they won't let you use it.... Manager will cuss you out just for asking for more sugar. I don't understand how they haven't been shut down yet. Read more
Regular Dunkin just NO Parking which is VERY inconvenient and the homeless traffic that attacks you on the way in or out is... ridiculous & the police are right there ?????????????? Read more
