My husband waited over 1 hour in line then 15 more minutes after the order. Employees were playing around laughing and joking.... One female Employee hit a male employee with a packet of salad dressing in the face then put it in the bag of food and handed itout the window at drive thur. Place needs adult supervision. The absolute worst customer service. Sat in drive thru for 40 minutes, then when we get to the speaker to order, we waited... another 5 minutes until someone finally came on and took our order. Food is fine, not great. This location could really usenew management. Read more

Food was decent but service was horrible. The whole point of an online order is to not have to wait in the store. Online order... was supposed to be ready at 5:50pm but our food wasn?t ready until about 6:50pm. I'm a dasher and it took over 30 minutes for them to get my order which means the customer had to wait longer. 30 minutes... REALLY? Lined wrapped around the building and they don't have chicken dropped? Really? Ordered my food online with curbside pickup. Arrived 09/12/2022 at 5:10 pm to pick up my food, went through the drive thru to... pick it up and the young lady at the drive thru got an attitude and rudely told me I had to come inside to pick it up. What?sthe point of ?curbside pickup? if you have to go in to pick it up? Then I pull around and go in, my food isn?t on the onlineorder rack, but there is food sitting on the counter. I walk up and try to ask the young guy at the counter if this food is minebut he walks away. Then I make eye contact with the same girl at the drive thru and ask her if this is my online order, shelooked at me and turned around and started talking. Both employees at the front register need to learn some customer serviceskills. The young lady had a red shirt on and the young man had a blue shirt on, this was on 9/12/22 at 5:10 pm. Won?t be backto this location. No one wants to go get food after work and deal with attitude. If you don?t want to be there, simply quit. Read more

Waited in line for 40 minutes, watched employees talking to each other, eating french fries and drinking soda pop (behind the... counter) while we waited. Then the order was wrong so had to walk into the store and wait longer for them to fix it. Food wasnot great, way too much salt. Trash was overflowing. Windows needed cleaned. Love the Zaxby?s chicken, sandwich and meals. Food- The new wings meal was amazing ???? delicious, hot and tasty. Spicy fried... mushrooms was hot and delicious, chicken sandwich was average but could have been amazing if it had more toppings. The drivethrough staff made a mistake in my order and gave me large drink instead of large fries ????. I asked the staff and he smiledand said ?sorry sir and gave me large fries?, such a kind person.
