I always have great service here. Not once have I been talked to rudely going through the drive thru.. Sometimes when there is... new people learning the job they are focused and still learning the computer and customer service comes later when comfortable.They are the only fast food place I go in Camden because of the bad experiences from all the rest in town!! Went to Burger King for a vanilla shake at 9:30. Store is open until 10:00. The girl tells me they have already cleaned the... ice cream machine for the night and it is down. I asked what time they shut it down and she said 8:00pm. So, 2 hours beforeclosing you can't order a milkshake???? Read more

the women at the drive thru at 4:30pm on 5.25.2022 told me that i needed to hurry up and leave because i was messing up their... drive thru timer when i was checking my bag to make sure everything was correct. because its almost never correct. i couldntbelieve it. she was so rude and just nasty. ive never had such terrible customer service. i eat at this burger king 3 times aweek and never had this problem. it was a younger woman with brown hair and an older woman with white/blonde hair. i am so upsetbecause i didnt even do anything but check my bag to make sure my order was right and i got gone off on! ridiculous! Not that long ago the sign said Lobby is open... I park.. I walk up to door and find it locked.. A hand written sign... Lobby... is closed.. sorry for inconvenience.. Make up ur mind.. I?ll just take my business elsewhere.. Theirs a few other choices herein town.. just across the street.. Read more
