Always has long lines and wait times for sub par food. The people they put into the windows are nice, but I would still suggest... you drive the 10ish min down the road to another location. It would be much faster. Read more
Had bad experience. Ask for sugar and creamer to put in my coffee. The guy, at the window, literally threw packets of sugar at... the car! My sister said to him that she was sorry if he was having a bad day, but the sugar he threw was on the ground. He thentossed 2 more, she was able to catch those. Then he said that they were out of cream and closed the window. We didn't get hisname, he was young and had reddish brown hair. It was October 1st around 5-6pm. Read more
Placed order for a Happy Meal and a McDouble and small fry. Order placed at 12:38, knowing they were in lunch rush that it would... take a few minutes. Understand they were busy but my order number was 782 and 10 minutes goes by and q0 to 15 orders went outafter mine was ordered. Asked the lady running food what the hold up was and she went to check. 10 minutes passes if that and my4 year old is becoming very hungry. An older couple sitting next to us gave her a few fries to hold her over. I went to counter2 times and was told we are looking for it. The couple next to us even became angry and asked a worker where our food was. On my3rd time to counter with my receipt in hand, worker said oh it must have gotten bumped. Now, she is making my food in front ifme, and hear her say to the manager I assume that a meal was bumped, manager laughed and said oh well. I received my food at1:08! No apologies were given, no surprise but was given hot and fresh food, which was eaten in a rush due to an appointment. Read more
Absolutely worst service I've ever had at a McDonald's. Bunch of people standing around playing. Waited 15 minutes for three... burgers, while 3 orders behind me got their food. Asked for a refund, the manager slow played the register, so the kids workingcould throw some cold burgers in a bag and hand it to me. Read more

Bf and I went through drive through. Paid and went to grab food got sent to reserved spot. Took almost 30 minutes to get it... while we watched many people who ordered after us go smoothly through or get food before us. Finally get food and it's slightlycold. I?ve been parked for over twenty minutes waiting on my food when I was told that it would be two minutes on our fries. I tried... to go in the lobby and ask but it?s locked. When I went to the window the lady told me that she was the only one up there anddidn?t have any help but there were plenty of people standing behind her in the store. The entire time we waited we saw plentyof cars head out. Tell me none of them bought fries. They brought out cold food to include the ?fresh fries? we were waiting onwhich were lukewarm at best. Missing a twenty piece nugget. There was another woman who also got out with me and asked if I hadbeen perma parked as well. She was waiting over fifteen minutes for a chicken sandwich. Never again! Ordered a Big Mac meal and some nuggets. The chicken was good. Everything was hot and fresh. The Mac was kind of a let down.... Didn't have as much of the usual topping and was not assembled well. Overall good though. Geez it is getting pricey! Read more
