Extremely disappointed with our visit on 11-27-22 for many reasons... Had the buffet for the 1st time in years and nothing was... what it should have been or was in the past so if you go in thinking that you will be disappointed as well... The salad bar hadold brown lettuce with very few toppings to offer... They had no red onion... Green olives... chopped bacon... cherrytomatoes...cottage cheese... sunflower seeds...boiled eggs etc etc etc... Now the pizza bar had old pizza when we got therewhich is puzzling because we arrived 20 minutes after they opened... The pizza was old dry for the most part flavorless garbagethat didn't even resemble a pizza hut pizza... Back in the day a pizza hut buffet was pretty good but not today... Read more
Ordered my pizza online 30 minutes ago. Heard them say it was just now being put in the oven after waiting at the door for over... 15 minutes. Told them to refund my money and I'd go somewhere else and they aren't even sure if they refunded me correctly. Read more
Pizza was good, they are short staffed and do not have a salad bar at this time. Not much choice on their menu.
Finally found decent pizza at the lake. Much better amounts of toppings and cheese than anybody else around here.
Pizza and Wings is, at the best, okay. I don't like it, go to Casey's. They are also very understaffed. The last time I went,... they delivery driver that had just pulled in, was the one that rang me in on the register. Read more
Literally, EVERY part of our order was wrong outside of the cheese pizza. We order from this location almost weekly and... normally everything is very good. Our experience began last night when I was VERY disappointed to see that medium pizzas are nolonger available on the $6.99 value menu. So my order, which is usually around $40 was now $60! Also, I found out on my lastorder that you are no longer offering the garlic butter crust flavor on the pizzas - not good. This is one of our favoriteparts! After placing the order, the estimated time was 6:00 pm. We waited in the line at the pickup window for quite a whileand when it was our turn, the order was not ready. At 6:25 pm we finally received the order. It was very busy and we understoodand made no complaint about the wait time. Upon driving away, we noticed that the 2 liter of soda was not given to us, so weturned around and went back. They gave us two-2 liters to make up for it. That was a kind gesture. When we got home, the orderwas completely wrong. As I said, the cheese pizza was correct, but the other two pizzas had all of the wrong toppings and thecheesy bread sticks had NO marinara. Our bacon/onion/garlic sauce pizza was onion/sausage/mushroom and thesausage/onion/mushroom was just sausage/bacon and very little sauce. We keep coming back to this location because of the valueand convenience. The food is generally good and the staff is helpful and polite. However, if your prices go up and you offerfewer values and options, we would probably lose interest in your product rather quickly (there is a Domino's opening less thana mile from this location). Kids are picky, and when they don't get what they want on their pizzas it makes for a very negativedining experience. As the adults, we cannot afford to eat out a lot so we value your deals, consistency, and convenience. But,if those things go away, we will be forced to as well. This was the worst pizza I have ever received from our local Pizza Hut here in Camdenton, MO. Toppings were not spread equally... and were skimpy at best. When I attempted to call and complain, I was cut off and hung up on twice. I will be stopping there inperson tomorrow and requesting a refund. Read more
Open sign was on. Doors locked at 1045 am. Waited another 20 minutes door still locked. Employee opens the door and doesnt... know if they are open or not. The employee went to get someone else. And the other person went to the drive through. He cameback and still didnt know if they were open. Wont be back there. Read more
