This place lies about their hours. Stopped to eat when website said lobby open 24 hours. Google states it was recently updated... by the business. Door was locked and hours on door said closed at 10 pm. Couldn't eat as only drive through was open. Had tomove on north. Will not be back Read more
I have no clue why I keep going here, once in a blue moon the burgers will taste great, every other time they taste like they... haven?t cleaned the grill in weeks. Just today I had them remake my food 3 times in a row, telling them how my burger taste.Each time making my burger no better than the first time. Absolutely disgusting place. Read more
Service is always terribly slow. The drive threw is lucky if they get most of the order correct. This is based on at least 20... times consecutively going. I only still go cuz my youngest like the 2 cheeseburgers meal. Its fast food. It shouldnt be a 20+min wait. Especially when there are only 2 of us. 15 min if it's just me. This McDonald's was a great stop along our way on the interstate. We were able to get our meal quickly. The meals were fresh and... hot. The lady who took our order was kind and patient with us as we were trying to decide what to eat. The restaurant diningarea was clean and orderly. The restrooms were clean and ample-sized for a family of five or six. Read more
Micky D's are pretty much the same all over. All the ice cream machines are broken. This McDonald's however seems to change menu... items without notice which leaves people distraught over not getting their morning favorite whatever. You get through the drivethru pretty fast. Tell the person taking your order to speak up. The store is on a major though fare and people have to repeattheir orders constantly. Read more
I try to stay away from McDonalds in general but decided to take my brother with me and get him something. Drive thru was busy... but they were able to take my order super fast and got everyone through the line in a considerable amount of time. Bethany wasat the window and was super professional and had great customer service skills. We need more people in customer service like herand I hope the right person sees this :) Read more
Nice location visible from the main road. We loved ordering at the kiosk. Very busy but staff was fast at making the orders.... French fries we're not super hot but still enjoyable. Read more
Person standing at one of two registers when I walked up to counter just stood there leaning on the counter, no greeting and... didn't ask what I wanted. A second person finally came up and took my order. Warm, barely, food. Dining and drink areas trashed.Dirty tables, food on tables and floor throughout front of restaurant. Bathroom was trashed, too. Hugh puddle of water on thefloor. The person being paid to lean on counter should have been cleaning. Since that person obviously isn't self-motivated, themanager should have provided the much needed motivation.This was at 4 in the afternoon so not right after a possible lunch rush.I was the only person inside at that time.
