The two individuals working last night, 02/11, were not professional. They were cussing behind the counter. One of them was... cussing speaking to a customer. I ordered using the Subway app. Arrived at my time and the store was packed and the Employees were in turtle speed. I finally... got my order. One my son's sub was incorrect when I got home. I ordered NO banana peppers and NO lettuce. What was on it boththings he doesn't like and his bread was soggy! I ordered a wrap. Let's just say it was the worst put together wrap I've everhad! They didn't cut it, it wasn't rolled correctly and was a mess! I will never return to this location. Read more
This was the Worst subway experience I've Ever had! I don't visit subway often and won't Ever come to this 1 Again!! Took my... kids here and not 1 lady was smiling, they acted like they didn't want to be there or be bothered, imagine working somewherefor 8 hrs and not be bothered lol. They didn't want to help with anything and when they did speak their tone was hateful andshort so u could barely hear or understand them. Then the lady said she couldn't half/half toppings which I know they can causeI've had it done, she was just lazy. Then when She was done not Me she wrapped it and sent me on my way. Sat down chicken wasCold, so son had to barely choke his half down and sandwich was half the size of others I've had. So frustrated!!!
