So I ordered a cake ahead of time and one of the bakers who was going to make my order quit ! So when I went to pick up my cake... on my husbands birthday NOTHING was made. They offered a refund but that wasn?t an option..they offered another cake but not theflavors he liked. I had ordered some other stuff as well to complete the cake . The cake was the centerpiece of the party!!!Luckily, Miranda (another baker) was able to make a last minute cake in 2 hours !!!!! I was so so happy that she did that forme and my husband loved it! My wife and usually visits this location a few times a month. We stopped in tonight for an after dinner treat and encountered... the worse service in many years. There were 2 people working behind the counter. There were only two people being waited on andthey were also upset with the slow service. After waiting 10 minutes with no one saying I?ll be with you in a minute, we left.There was one person actually working while the other seemed worthless. We went to Dairy Queen instead. Read more

Ordered a banana split and only after the ice cream was added were we informed they had no hot fudge or caramel sauce. So we... left with an $8 banana and three small scoops of ice cream. Not impressed. Customer service could be better also. Read more
Went there for some hot fudge sundaes. How can the machine be burnt? I guess no one checked it today... ok, so we'll get... something else. Personnel was courteous and kind, just a tad off focus in the service and communication area. But all in allwe got some sundaes, so we're happy. We'll be back again, hoping they will keep the machines clean and loaded, especially thehot fudge. Read more
According to the staff, BR discontinued banana splits even though the menu clearly displays banana splits and a shelf behind... the staff member is full of bananas.
