I decided to stop at Dunkin? in Cameron, NC this morning. I ordered two, small, hot chocolates and a dozen of glazed donuts. ... It took the employees several minutes to make two, small, hot chocolates. More than it should have taken! Then when I got themthey were NOT mixed and they were cold! I thought the key word here was HOT chocolate! When I got my dozen of donuts theyweren?t fresh. I?m not surprised though! I?ll just go to Krispy Kreme since they can?t get things there right! It?s ok. I?msure they can make a couple of small, hot, chocolates and my donuts there are always fresh. The staff here is always rude, but today was especially bad. I ask for an apple fritter. I see in the bag there is a filling... hole. I ask for a fritter and not a filled donut. I was a patron at this spot about once a week for a fresh space to work. I've never had good service here, but today was... despicable. I ordered a tea and a donut and went to set up my laptop to do some work. The only available table near an outletwas covered in sticky icing. I politely asked for a cloth to wipe it, and he snapped back that there were napkins in the lobby.They were not pleasant at all, and I felt like I was somehow a burden to them.
