My favorite place to go for Matcha latte ????! It?s thick and not watery. The last time I visited there were a few new baristas... training. My latte was no made to my liking, I called the store and spoke with Pam. Pam is the manager. *I also want to notethat this is the only time I have had an issue in 2 years!* Impressive right!? She was very apologetic and understanding. Icame back the next day and picked up my free drink. She even asked what was wrong with it so she could let the new hire know fornext time. I've only been 4 times but I've ordered the same thing every single time and each time my very simple vanilla ice coffee tasted... different. Only once was it made correctly. Ice coffee is such a gamble for me because everyplace makes it differently but whenthe employee helped me out the first time I made sure to order it like that every other time and yeaaaa, it was only good once.And the same person who helped me the first time made it all the other times toooo lmaooo!!! Excellent service, easily best in the area. Super friendly workers at respectable speeds, considering how they make the coffee.... The seating areas are clean and not cluttered. I highly highly recommend it because nothing is better than a desired cup ofcoffee from a polite, smiling face (especially the blue woman is the best!). The store manager "Pam" is one of the best coffeemakers I've experienced in over 25 years of drinking coffee. Simply outstanding in this day in time. Read more
