JUST PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER AND THEN WANTED TO ADD TO IT. I CALLED AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND SO PLEASANT TO SPEAK TO.
As someone who used to work in the food industry I understand when you get too busy to help somebody, but the service I was... given tonight was absolutely ridiculous. I placed an online order, and drove up to the window when I got there. I sat at thewindow for 10 minutes, saw 3 different people walk by, no one came. One of the guys that walked by was texting on his phone.Called 3 times it would ring one time and then sound like somebody answered and hung up. I then walked inside and was greetedimmediately, I told them that I sat at the window for 10 minutes and tried calling three times, there was a girl in the backmaking a pizza and she rudely said ?we?re busy there?s only three of us ? I then snapped back and said well I would appreciateit if someone would?ve just came and told me I would?ve understood. The girl making the pizza also wasn?t wearing gloves whichis completely unsanitary. Altogether staff was very rude and unprofessional. Read more
I waited at the window for over 5 minutes and no one came to the window. I called twice and the call didn't seem to go through... even though it stopped ringing as if someone picked it up. I went into the store and was greeted immediately and the young mansaid he would be with me as soon as he could. I waited another 8+ minutes while he created two pizzas, and took one out of theoven. When he finally waited on me, I asked if he was there by himself. He replied that he had been for several days. This isunacceptable and the manager over this area should be ashamed that they left a single employee by themselves to run the store.We all understand that things happen but they should have called in someone to help from one of their other stores in the area.My sandwich was fine, so the young man is doing his job, he just shouldn't be expected to do this on his own.
