Food is always cold. Placed an online order. Went to pick it up, waited 10 mins even though food was sitting on counter. Got... home, everything was cold. Gravy was lumpy. Brought the food back, asked if I could get it fresh. Cook refused stating she'sbeen cooking all day she'd rather just refund me my money. If the owner isn't there good luck getting anything fresh. Ok the food was good and we did go late but the lady was seriously just flat out rude over the intercom in the drive thru.
