Staff were friendly and aware of problems, and did a nice job trying to mitigate the issues, but without actually solving the... underlying problems. During one short visit, they accidentally deleted an order without making it, made substitutions withoutasking what an ideal substitution would be for an out of stock item, and missed multiple ingredients when putting together theirchicken sandwiches. UPDATE 2: 40 minutes, still no food. Can I put 0 stars? UPDATE: According to the timestamp on my receipt I've been waiting a... half hour and still don't have my food. Went through the drive through, paid, got told rudely to park in front of the buildingand they'd bring my order out, and he closed the window and walked away before I could respond. Problem is, you can't just drivearound the building at this location. The drive through exits out onto the main road, so you have to basically drive around theshopping center, and enter from a side road and make your way back to kfc only to park and wait a long time for your food. Chicken is so old and nasty looking absolutely disgusting
Went here on 9/19/22. Was shorted on chicken in the 8 piece bucket and it was only dark meat. Was also handed the bag and told... there was no gravy for the mashed potatoes and there was nothing they could do or sub in its place. Really disappointed. Read more
