Recently visit this place with my family I?ve always noticed it from the drive to and from Tahoe so thought of trying it out for... the kids soon as we walked in everyone was staring at us tho i didn?t think nothing of it noticed all the were looking at uslike they never seen colored people now I start looking around and notice the establishment now I understand why people werelooking at us funny like we didn?t belong there the father of the family sitting next to us didn?t see us and when he did he saton the other side his wife was like really and moved his whole family to the other side then to make matters worst they gotthere pizza first and we ordered first like wow really so when we finally got our pizza mind u it was supposed to be a factoryspecial soon as we lifted a slice all the toppings fell off so it was a pepperoni pizza it was embarrassing bad service didn?trealize people still live in that age were I honestly will not recommend this place to anyone unless they live in the 1970 werebeing a certain way was life naw it?s 2022 people are equal and the way that place made me and my family uncomfortable theyshould of put a sign up that says no colors I grew up in a all diverse were we say no color just good company friends thatbecame family this place is family friendly but only towards certain people that?s not cool at all I hate leaving bad reviewsbut I been to the pizza factory in other city?s totally people friendly very respectful great service food drinks ect Read more
These are perhaps the dumbest kids in all of El Dorado County. They will lie straight to your face about your order and still... mess it up. Incredible. Hire people over 15 years old it might help your garbage establishment. Read more
Very poor and slow service. Waited over an hour for 2 pizzas and they still hadn?t put them in the oven. I was one of 3 people... in the restaurant. Disappointing as this location used to be one of the best. Read more

Our favorite pizza place of ALL TIME, hands down! Insanely good and the staff is just as kind as their food is phenomenal. The... crust is consistently fluffy and fresh and the flavors are incredible. Our favorite is the Bruin pizza but you really can?t gowrong with any of them. A local favorite for sure. Amazing staff, great service, clean and welcoming environment... Incredible salad bar, delicious... pizza, and a good variety of menu choices. Plus, the kids LOVE the arcade, and always come home with fun prizes... Keeps thembusy, while we enjoy some of PF's yummy beer and wine selections. ;) Read more
Friendly staff. Food was excellent. We will travel back that way to eat the food again. Over an hour drive but worth the drive.
