We ordered 2 of the pumpkin pancake breakfasts online. So I basically prepaid, including a 15% tip (I drove & picked up). Just... like a couple months ago, when I got home there were items missing that were paid for. If I drove back to rectify the problem mymeal would get cold. The meal itself?The pancakes were good, the hash browns were burnt and my meat side dishes were missing.When I called I got a recording, that told me to press "2", which sent me back to the original recording, which told me to press"2"... an endless loop. Good ole automation at its finest. Remember when actual people answered the phone??? The money I shouldbe refunded is not my main frustration, (although I should get the tip money back as well). My main concern is that twice in arow, on a very slow evening, my food is awol. And since I paid ahead of time I'm just out of luck. So I'm done with thisDenny's. They don't get 3 strikes. I went back to this Denny's location several weeks after my original visit, and the food quality has fallen sharply. I had the... chicken fried steak, and both the steak and the fried potatoes were a soggy mess. The gravy was close to solid, and the corn wasinedible due to a sharp metallic taste. The food was good but they need more cooks. The wait staff kept us informed. The pancakes were very good.
Went here while visiting a friend in Baldwinsville. I cannot vouch for other people's poor reviews. The staff here were... respectful but did feel a sense of being rushed even though the place was virtually empty. Read more

The food service was excellent. The waitress there was working all by herself and I seen her being treated badly by her co... workers. She wasn?t getting any help but yet she remained positive and took care of me and my family. Very hard worker whodeserves better treatment. Thank you Tara for being so kind and caring. Good job! I sat and waited 25 minutes for an extremely rude lady to come to me and tell me i could not have a kids menu because i am not a... kid ( i?m 15) im vegetarian and i don?t like anything on the adult menu, i have always gotten a kids menu there and everywhere igo. they basically told me to leave if i don?t like anything.
