Worse customer service experience I think I have ever had and food was close to same. Had to leave work to go back two times... just to sit back down and figure out that I was still missing stuff. Not once did the smug face employees even attempt toapologize for not doing their job!! If you can?t choose your ingredients and you have to take what they feel like you shouldhave when you spend ya money the. Pretty good food whenever I go, not usually a problem with any orders.
I often order from here through Doordash for lunch as I am unable to leave my place of work during the day. EVERY SINGLE TIME... something off my order is forgotten, ie. chips, drink, queso. Sometimes multiple items at once. I have given multiple chancesand even called to complain, but still seems to be no focus to get orders complete and correct. It makes me sad because I likethe food, but I will not be ordering from here again. Read more
The woman that took our order didn't listen we ordered a stack and a quesadilla and she gave us a burrito and a quesadilla and... then when I told her it was wrong she rolled her eyes at me and huffed and puffed. Then I said I wanted 2 cups of chipotle ranchand she again rolled her eyes at me. She had a major attitude problem. We used to come here a lot but the food has gone downhilland the staff is really rude and unprofessional. The quesadilla was so messy it was like slop. Read more

Good chips, and they now have tasty Buffalo queso to dip them in for an extra charge. It's a good idea to walk the assembly line... to preview the toppings available before ordering because there are a lot of choices to be made. Overall, the food is decent,plentiful, and quick. However, unless you're in a hurry, you should consider driving less than a mile to Hinsdale and Miltonwhere there is an excellent Mexican restaurant called Azteca. Read more
