The food is usually really well done, some of the staff could be friendlier, some days they just aren't having it.

I ordered 2 cinnamon nugget cups and got a ripped bag of 2 regular pretzels. This was through Grubhub. Tried calling both the... driver and store multiple times. No response Read more

My kids like Auntie Anne's, I think it's too unhealthy, but the occasional "treat" is fine. On this day, despite being fully... staffed, they ran out of basic pretzel nuggets and asked us to wait with others ahead of us in line also waiting. That's wasfine until they began giving out the freshly baked pretzels it to the people behind us in line and made no attempt to fill ourorder or the people waiting before and after us. We inquired and got our order, so it was fine, but it took so much time we hadto leave the mall entirely and need to go back to finish our shopping. Read more

I've always had great service with every trip I make to get their pretzels. They're always fresh pretzels when I make a mobile... order and the employees are very nice. If the line is long, I might be waiting a bit for them to get to me. But when they do,it's so simple and easy. I wish they would expand the physical business so the employees would have more room to move. Read more

I love the pretzel nuggets but am annoyed the people at the counter won't just take my order instead of suggesting I buy a large... when I ask for a small pretzel nuggets. WHAT PART OF SMALL DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND??? But that isn't the worker's fault I supposethey are told to do that. Still it is very annoying. On 1-25-22 the cashier looked horrified when I handed her two dimes, onenickle, and four pennies for the .29 needed of my $4.29 SMALL pretzel nuggets order (she tried to have me change to large eventhough I put the exact change down for her). Luckily there was no line since it took her quite a while to count the change likeshe never got coins before. (They have a sign up begging for change due to the coin shortage!) Then she gives me two centsback when she rings it up! I explain to her two dimes, one nickel and FOUR pennies are 29 cents. She silently takes thepennies back and drops them in their charity donation box like I can't count and she won't bother keeping them. I saw on myreceipt she typed in I gave her .31 cents. Give them a $20 and they give me an attitude. Give them exact change and they can'tcount! Read more

First time visiting this Auntie Anne?s. I have been having pregnancy cravings for their pretzels for weeks now and decided to... take the drive. After I arrived the line was extremely long and slow moving. There were 3-4 employees (there was 4, but Iassumed maybe the one was leaving?) and only one was taking customer orders switching between mobile and the regular line. Itseems as though they didn?t know how to run anything very efficiently. The lady at the register was quite rude and dismissiverepeating to me multiple times that the wait was 30 minutes as if I would just leave (after already waiting in line for 20). AsI was waiting the last few minutes, I noticed she did not acknowledge her customers as they approached the kiosk, resulting in abunch of people walking away and at this point there were two employees and they no longer had a long line. When I finallyreceived my order I paid for 30 minutes prior, the lady turns and says nothing as I check my bag and my two tubs of cheese arentin the bag. When I bring this to her attention, she acted as though it was an inconvenience to her..when it was clearly printedon the receipt she was referencing. Needless to say, worst service I?ve ever experienced at an auntie Anne?s location. I willnot be going back. Read more
