Worked at the one in mechanicsburg on the Carlisle pike and it was awful. Waitress' talking badly about customers, waitress'... eating off of customers plates with bare hands before they take them out. Treating new employees like lesser beings and allowingtalk of how many drugs they can do in one night. ?placed an order through Uber eats at rossmoyne Isaacs. The order was wrong and missing items I paid extra for. Called manager... immediately who promised a refund of the $43 paid. He lied and never processed the refund. When it didn?t show up on my creditcard I contacted Uber eats who refuses to help because more then 7 days went by and they said the restaurant never contactedthem about a refund. I called the general manager at rossmoyne who basically said she cant help me and refused to discuss arefund of what they owe me since I never received what I paid for. I called Isaacs corporate office and got no help. I CalledUber eats today since the refund has not been processed and was advised that it?s too late for them to help because seven dayspassed. I called day one - Isaacs claims they called day one. Isaacs is saying they can?t help. Uber eats is saying it won?thelp and I am out $43 - contacting consumer affairs next in our state attorney general office. these two companies took my moneyand failed to@provide what I ordered then refused to process a rightfully owed refund. ?this was my favorite place to eat formany years. My work company

Ate at the Granite Run location last night and it was horrible! The Mediterranean Vegetable Soup was inedible it tasted like a... can. Absolutely no flavor at all. The sandwiches were extremely overpriced and just average. I used to enjoy Issaac?s becausethey went out of their way to make delicious food...especially the soups. To pay over $40.00 for a meal for two is outrageousfor a mediocre sandwich. Our server was great and checked on us regularly and we know that our disappointment was not due toher at all.
