This has to be the WORST McDonalds out there. I got in a long line to wait at the drive through, gave my order and got to the... window to pay and confirmed my order. When I got to the window to get my food, I was missing a drink. I told the girl Iconfirmed with the person who took my order what I was to have. They said it wasn't on the receipt. So I asked her to ring meup a drink. She said No. I had to get back in the drive thru line to get my drink. The line was already a 20 minute wait, andI told her under no uncertain circumstances was I getting back in line when I'm right here. Finally after back talking me and adiscussion on customer service, the manager came over and told Yes they would ring me up a drink. The staff here is poorlymanaged and trained. I have yet to get an order here that is correct. Since this past incident we will be getting our foodfrom the competition in the general area. This place is just not worth the hassle. Read more
This place is not the best when it comes to the service. I ordered 2 value breakfast meals, but was only given 1 hashbrown. The... signs say that drinks are $1, but they charged $1.79. I go there for convenience, but they rarely get the order correct. Read more
Edit:got food poisoning thanks alot I dont know how the health department havent shut them down everything I got was old and... cold and I waited for 10 minutes and was the only person in line. Even the bread was stale and hard as a rock. I'm calling thehealth department y'all are gross. The old saying of too many cooks in the kitchen apply to the general staffing and outsourced order taker. Pulling up to the... drive thru, the outsourced order taker asked me for what I wanted. Then while I was giving my order the on site staff person cutme off and told me to wait. Then when I pulled up to pay, the person was too concerned of whatever the conversation he washaving with someone else. Finally picking up my food... the young ladies... all 3 of them need to do a lot less of chewing gumand trying to look like they are going to a football game and more like a team member. Their nails were gaudy and way too longto be in a food service position. And the whole purpose of wearing a hat was to keep your hair up and out of the way. Standingin the drive thru box they should learn to work as a team and put napkins in the bag....it's not social hour. I get it yourchoices for employees is slim pickings. This location has always been known for its parking lot drug dealing. It is a shame theno class has rubbed off on the staff because the location is convenient. ... it's Camp Hill, not a bad part of town. Read more
Great McDonald?s location. Has been clean each time we have visited and the staff are always friendly. The drivthru has always... been quick and easy, as it should be. A little difficult to turn left out of due to traffic light but not horrible. Would goback again. Read more
The staff here are rude af. Saying that when we come we have an online order and then my friend placed hers there. They never... checked with me at the window but took my friend?s payment put two and two together 2 people in the car one had to be online andthe other that order there..
