**Edited 9/27/2022** This place used to be my husband?s and my favorite pho place in town, until we stopped going here for a... while. Things changed. The broth was usually good and savory. The bean sprouts were fresh. However, they have been inconsistentwith their food. The sliced beef that came in my soup would be too tough and dry. They used to be thin and fresh. It was toorough to chew on so I would pick it out. They stopped serving lime which is essentially part of the cuisine. They said there wasa shortage but when we went to other places they served lime. They are slipping in my opinion. My other reason for not dininghere as much is because of the lack of cleanliness. But that falls on the owner?s responsibility to be on top of it. I thinksome attention to the ladies bathroom and wiping down frequently touched surfaces would be good for frequent customers who dinein. Read more

The best pho around - this is a large bowl of rare beef and lean brisket pho. Everything is always fresh and delicious! You have... to get egg rolls too! My favorite drink is the fresh and light, young coconut. I dream of the perfect bowl of pho and this ISthe place to get it! Read more

My family and I love going here. The food and staff are amazing. We?re always treated so well when we call in our order and when... we stop in to grab the incredible food. Without even mentioning our dietary restrictions, the owner explained their veggie Phois vegan on my first order a while back. So nice to have a place that is conscious of this (and again, before I even asked).Everything is delicious! We especially love the V1, V2 and V3 from the menu. And don?t forget the sticky rice with mango fordessert! Pho King is the best! Check them out, if you haven?t already! Read more

Food was phenomenal. Menu has lots of different choices not just pho. Owner stopped over a couple of times, very nice. Usually... go to Pho 7 Spice but this will be our new go to. Very comfortable dining room, not freezing. Lots of booths available. Did Imention our food was phenomenal? Had the veggie pho, owner explained that it is vegan unlike most places that just put veggiesin the bone broth. Had different flavored veggie meat made from tofu. Would recommend. Read more

Went here the day after they opened--Im reviewing based on potential of this place bc the owner was amazing! My daughter and I... went about 7pm on the first Friday they were open, took a few minutes to get greeted, but they were busy. We were seated andnoticed how large their menu was! They had a great list of ramune flavors of soda and many other bubble tea, thai tea options. When my daughter tried to order a milk tea the waitress told her they had nothing on the back page (when we were checking outthe owner apologized and confirmed they did have everything on there so we will try next time). They also did not haveeverything available on the menu yet (said they should have all options this Sun. March 1). We ordered the egg rolls to startvs. Our normal spring rolls and they were good. Flavorful and accompanied by picked vegetable shreds. I ordered the rare beefpho (Pho Tai) and my daughter ordered the kids chicken pho (Pho Ga). The pho broth itself was darker than traditional brothsI've had, but also had much more flavor. There were much more accompaniments in the broth as well as you can see in my pics.Kids Chicken pho resembled traditional chicken noodle soup broth. One thing to note is this place actually has the crushedchili oil (pictured) which the other 2 major pho restaurants in the area do not! I ask everytime I go and they look at me likeI'm nuts. So THANK YOU for finally having this here! The 5 star rating is due to the genuineness and grace of this owner. Youcould tell they were working out kinks like any grand opening--I watched him assist customers who's orders had been completelylost in the kitchen, and the guests who were less than nice about the mistake--he brought out some free appetizers andapologized profusely. You could tell he cared so much and wanted everyone to have a great meal and experience. The restaurantitself is understated and comfortable, plenty of space. I hope they get some music bc it was strangely quiet at times! Read more
