Went in today with my fiancé and the staff was rude as hell from the moment we open the door. Now we ordered for pick-up and... weren't asked to leave our name or number, So going in the staff at the counter weren?t even welcoming, they were absolutelyghetto, the guy at the front counter calling us his ?Brah? whats this order under!! absolutely despicable. While the staff is polite and friendly there is one problem that remains. I love the buffalo wings and have ordered the 8, 16,... and 24 count. Pretty much every time a good portion of the wings are dry. For some reason they skimp on the sauce to the pointthat wings are not coated and there is no sauce left. I have learned to ask them to open the container and check. Once againthe 24 count was about 1/3 dry and no sauce left. Please make sure all of the wings have at least SOME coating. Read more
Tried for 20 minutes to order online and had to call because it wasn't working. Phone order was painful. And no pepper flakes.... They were out lol. I never had a problem ordering from here except for at the end of Oct 2021. I got a credit for another pizza. What wasn?t told... me me was the credit expires after 60 days. Ok, I understand because I?ve worked in customer service for over 10 years. Theytook my order and I went to go pick it up. I was told yet again about the 60 day rule. I completely understand but it made mefeel like I?m stupid or I was trying to take advantage of them. So everyone, be aware now that credits last 60 days. I was neverinformed and it?s ?my fault? so they will tell you multiple times. Read more
Very friendly staff at the counter who greeted us. Our order was ready at the time we had requested and was hot and accurate.... Everyone working was on task and for a Friday evening when I?m sure orders get busy, everything looked to be runningefficiently. At least one of the toppings had obviously spoiled so the pizza was rancid and not edible. I wrote to PH through their "contact... us" link and received a canned response the next day, promising another response from the restaurant within the next three days.I never heard from the restaurant. Since they refuse to use basic safe food handling procedures it is unsafe to order from thislocation. Read more
