Waited 15 min @ 5:30 pm while employee talked on phone. She stood there, staring @ us while she talked & giggled on the store... phone. After 15 min of waiting she finally acknowledged us & said she was closed. Closed. At 5:30 pm on a Monday? Hours postedonline says open till 8. You had all the supplies out. If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered online a door dash order of an Avocado Cobb salad. When the door dasher... arrived, my salad was missing avocado, dressing, had the wrong kind of cheese and was missing the bread. I called to tellSaladworks I would be coming to pick up a new salad. The woman on the phone told me ?I could come do whatever I wanted to do.?No apology or anything. I get to Saladworks to pick up my salad and it is still wrong. Wrong cheese and no dressing. The reasonwas that ?she couldn?t hear me on the phone.? I didn?t want to wait for a whole new salad AGAIN so I just asked for dressing andleft. Communication with customers is important and even if you didn?t hear someone on the phone you should ask them to repeatthemselves. If the door dash order was read correctly in the first place, we wouldn?t have had to worry about hearing someone onthe phone. Read more
The two girls that were working here on Saturday afternoon 4/24 are rude entitled people that should not be working customer... service.... anywhere! Awful looking salad they tried to charge me $11.00 for... I returned it at giant customer service. Hopethey get rid of them & get back to the self serve salad bar charged by weight. Such a great salad, truly is a hidden gem with it being located inside Giant, I never really knew this place existed, however,... I?m really glad we found it. The salad was delicious, this is like the subway of salads, so many options, all of which weredelicious. The crispy chicken however was served cold on the salad, however, after heating it up, the salad was truly amazing! We?ll certainly be back! Read more
Just didn?t like that when I asked for my salad to get mixed up or shaken it didn?t happen but other than that salad was good
Yummy salads if you can get one, horrible customer service. I was looking forward to a yummy salad went into to order today,... was told she was busy she had a bunch of online orders, so I waited a few minutes and the employee advised again she was goingto be a while filling online orders. That's poor customer service when you loose an in person sale because your filling ordersfor people who are not present yet.
