I ordered a salad and there was barely anything in it. I told the manager and was told they weighed it and that?s how it is. If... I pay $9 for a salad I expect more salad. I didn?t ask for more toppings, just more salad. All I added was dressing in thephoto. Every other Sheetz I?ve ordered from has more salad in their bowls. We walked in this morning around 6am and the place is trashed. Literally, plastic straw wrappers, receipts and food waste all... over the counters and tables. After paying at the self checkout (since the girl working the register was talking to her friend)I was trying to put my items in a bag, but there were no bags. I asked her for one, and she told me I had to pay first. Finally,when we got our food my friends sandwich was inedible with the messy amount of hot sauce and black pepper doused on there. My card failed, and I had left my phone at home so I wasn't able to do anything about it other than wait there for a roomie who... was with me to chip in, once he was done selecting items in aisle, with a promise to refund him later. By so doing, it promptedthe store associates to call Police. At least 5 cars arrived there looking to arrest an innocent guy, in lieu of pursuing realcrime. I had just used my card at a gas station elsewhere before going to Sheetz to get hotdogs, & I didn't know a brief holdhad been placed on the funds by my card issuer(as they normally do when a card is used for self-service at a pump, or at leastthat's what they told me when I had a similar problem a year ago). Interestingly, when I checked my statements later, it listedthe said failed transaction in my purchases. I am not shopping Sheetz in the future. Read more

Went in to buy 20 Oz bottle Coke Zero. The price was 2/3.50 with Sheetz card but self serve kiosk wouldn't take my sheetz card... so 2 Coke Zero rang up $5.07. Got help from associate and asked if she could override price and charge me 2 /$3.50 and she saidno so I left and didn't get drinks. Poor customer service. Read more

Not only have they forgotten parts of my order before, I order curbside through the app, and they have serious issues actually... bringing the order outside. After checking in, I'll wait for fifteen minutes before calling and then they won't even answer.Last time, when they finally did answer the phone, the girl who brought the order out stared into my car for thirty secondsbefore bringing the order and rudely saying, "Is this for you?" Even though I'd literally put my parking spot into the app, asprompted. Today, when I ordered curbside, they wouldn't answer the phone even though I called multiple times after waiting forfifteen minutes, I actually had to go inside and get my own curbside order. They gave no explanation, no apology, and theypulled it out from a fridge underneath the counter. It was clearly marked as a curbside order. My frozen drink melted by thetime I actually received my order. Extremely frustrated that this has happened multiple times. I will not be returning to thislocation. Read more

Put a food order through online. Chose to pay at the store because I wanted to get cigs too. First the girl got the wrong... pack. Then after that was corrected, waited 5+ minutes at the next window. Rang the bell 3x, knocked on the window 2x, thenfinally called the store. When I *finally* got my food, they forgot the sauces. If this was a 1x thing, no big deal. But it'slike this every...single...time. Even when ordering curbside, they look around, walk past my car then go back in the store. Sometimes they try to say I entered the wrong space # (which I didn't). I'm partially handicapped (legs) so it's nice that theyhave the two outside pickup options. But they're so incompetent that it's not worth the aggravation. Read more
