Ordered my first expresso shot iced w milk- it came to me with 1/4 cup empty and it was strong for me so I asked for a... tablespoon of more milk and was REFUSED BY MEGAN!!? I think that is rude and rediculous. Also at 11 am, the bathroom was dirty-sink was covered w dust and I couldn?t set down my purse- come on Starbucks! I would expect excellence from this chain! My wife ordered a frappe and it was very good. She said it was made perfectly. The location was good & the dining area was... clean. I would have given it 5 stars but the bathroom was kind of gross considering Starbucks is basically an upscale coffeeshop. It looked like the toilet hadn?t been cleaned in days, if not longer. A large clean and modern Starbucks with plenty of indoor seating options and plug ins to recharge your devices. There was a... line but it moved fast. My to-go order was up in under 10. Not a lot of parking in front and be careful not to park in thespaces specially marked for the neighboring businesses. Read more

2 minutes ago NEW I frequent this Starbucks often and lately they keep getting my order wrong. I get being short staffed and I... can respect the workers there trying their best but if mobile orders are becoming too much that customers are paying for theirdrink and it?s constantly wrong or it?s ten plus minutes past when it was supposed to be ready then just turn the mobile optionoff. I give myself almost an extra 30 minutes time to order my drink and wait in case they are behind on orders. I have a job Ineed to be at as well. I will not be coming back anymore. Staff is very friendly but they need to be careful when making the drinks. Two times I?ve been given the wrong drink. Well once I got it with I Believe it was milk andthe second time it was given to me with lemonade which is not how I ordered it.
