If you like waiting for over 30 minutes for a drink, this is the place to go. I place a mobile order twenty minutes before I got... there and it still wasn?t ready. I also waited another 15 minutes. Yes, they are busy, but they work at a very slow pace. I willnot be returning. Also, if they tell you to cancel your order through the app, you can?t and have to call customer service. Read more
Terrible service today ( 7:15 12/1/2021 ). Espresso machine wasn?t clean and the employee could not find the ?tablets? to clean... it. I also ordered the plum cheese danish and the employee gave it to me still in the bag half frozen. Terrible attitude too. Read more
Ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches on the mobile app. It was busy, so I patiently waited. After an HOUR I asked where I was in... the line of things to be made. Apparently my drinks had disappeared and was told "here's your sandwiches, they are cold andgross. But here's $12 in cards" not even covering my $15 in drinks that I didnt get. But i was already an hour late for work, soI left with my "cold and gross" sandwiches. I ordered the same drinks later in the day which were made perfectly. But I'd stillappreciate a refund on my first order. I'll be happy to change to a 5 star review once my issue has been resolved. Read more
There was a lady behind the counter doing something and we walked up to the counter and she didn't even say hello. She seemed... annoyed that we wanted coffee. She just said what can I get you. She proceeded to make 2 Venti white chocolate mochas in amatter of 2 minutes. Normally it takes that amount of time for one. And once we began to drink them, we'll they tasted terrible.They had no flavor and you could not taste the chocolate mocha at all. Next time we will go across the street to the REALStarbucks where they know how to make White Chocolate Mochas. Read more
I attempted to take my kids for coffee this morning before school. The store was pretty much empty. There may have been a few... people in there, but not many. After waiting for over 10 minutes for them to pour a cup of coffee, we had to leave without ourcoffee. otherwise, the kids would?ve been late to school. So, I am out 10 bucks because I didn?t have 20 minutes or howeverlong it may have taken them to pour 2 cups of coffee. Moral of the story, go to corner stone, much faster and better service. Starbucks inside Barnes and Noble. So not a true Starbucks when referencing points like at a actual Starbucks store. Not the... most friendly of associate behind counter. But it's tough times working nowadays. Not very busy, and common area to sit wasquite dirty. Tables and especially the floor. Is what it is. Read more
This place sucks. Every custom drink is made poorly and excessive. Never coming here again. Rude and inconsiderate staff.
