Have come here multiple times in the morning before work to get a smoothie and breakfast yet it?s never open on time. Opens at 7... and waited here until 7:15 still no one. If you cannot follow the opening and closing times then change the sign or something.My order is typically late and on occasion wrong, I?d go to another tropical smoothie but the other is all the way isHarrisburg. Amazing smoothies from a place I found by chance. Food was also scrumptious! Family owned with small staff. When they're in... the back making food, and sometimes forget to check for new customers in line, be patient, it's worth the wait! Wish they wouldopen one in Dillsburg! Read more

I went there to try their smoothie and i took Mango one and that was really tasty and nice. They have only order and which i... used to place the order. Worst smoothie I have had from tropical smoothie. I would say it was about 80% ice and a little bit of strawberry and banana.... The smoothie I ordered should not have had banana. Drive thru did not make sense at all. You order at the speaker and then haveto place your order again at the window, and they don't even start the order until you are at the window. I wish we would haveread the previous reviews before we decided to come to this location. Read more

We stopped in to get smoothies but when our kids desperately needed to use the bathroom they were both out of order. The place... was also filthy in the dining room. Pill capsule container on the ground, trash strewn around, an employees abandoned lunch,and we were the only ones in there. The employees were kind but overall it feels run down. Read more

Came for lunch and was asked if I was there to pick up food. I said no. I received no greeting or anything, but an employee who... was visibly annoyed barged past me, saying "I'm locking the door." When she came back she did not say hello or even acknowledgemy existence despite walking right past me. Do you really think this is an appropriate way to greet customers? There is no signon the door stating your dining room is closed, and yet they act like as a customer you are unwelcome. The dining room is amess, with dirty tables and boxes everywhere. On top of all this, the prices on the signs above the register do not reflect theactual food prices, which are higher. When my total came out higher than expected based on the posted prices, I asked why it wasso high. I pointed at their prices next to their menu items, and was told "oh those are not our prices." Okay....so what arethey?? The woman who took my order expected me to pay without telling me what the actual prices of the items I ordered were. Ihad to ask more than once to get an answer. I left with okay food, and won't be coming back. To management: Do not respondasking for more details, as you have all the necessary information to make changes. Update your posted prices, clean up yourdining room, and train your staff appropriately to be friendly and welcoming. Post appropriate signage if necessary. Customerservice is #1! Read more
