It's bad when you walk into a place and you can tell cleaning hasn't been done. But what made it better is seeing people sitting... on the counter and people out of uniform behind the counter. I didn't understand why the guy couldn't hear what I was sayingwhen going through the drive thru. They didn't get my order right missing food. Both of my meals were missing something. Read more
You never know what your going to get at this Wendy's. Sometimes you go and everything is great. Friendly staff, short wait... time, hot delicious food! The whole 9 yards! Other times it's the complete opposite. The computer system is down and they aren'ttaking orders, they are out of something that they should always have in stock, the good will be cold.... One of the most consistently incorrect fast food places I've been to in my entire life. I've asked for a plain double... hamburger, no cheese, 3 times now and received a double cheeseburger with the works all 3 times. I go there periodically before work. Half the time I just sit there for ten minutes with no one answering before just leaving.... While I watch the employees literally just sit there. When I do manage to catch an employee they're always extremely rude andact like I'm an inconvenience. I understand working a terrible job, but you can still be polite to people.
