I had the pleasure of eating at this Wendy's this morning. After ordering I realized that I forgot my wallet. The beautiful lady... at the drive-thru with a heart of gold payed for my order. It's bad when you walk into a place and you can tell cleaning hasn't been done. But what made it better is seeing people sitting... on the counter and people out of uniform behind the counter. I didn't understand why the guy couldn't hear what I was sayingwhen going through the drive thru. They didn't get my order right missing food. Both of my meals were missing something. Read more

You never know what your going to get at this Wendy's. Sometimes you go and everything is great. Friendly staff, short wait... time, hot delicious food! The whole 9 yards! Other times it's the complete opposite. The computer system is down and they aren'ttaking orders, they are out of something that they should always have in stock, the good will be cold.... Like I said you justnever know, it's hit or miss. I will say that you have better luck during day time hours opposed to night time. Read more

One of the most consistently incorrect fast food places I've been to in my entire life. I've asked for a plain double... hamburger, no cheese, 3 times now and received a double cheeseburger with the works all 3 times. They unironically have 0%accuracy for me after three tries. 3 strikes, you're out. Read more

I go there periodically before work. Half the time I just sit there for ten minutes with no one answering before just leaving.... While I watch the employees literally just sit there. When I do manage to catch an employee they're always extremely rude andact like I'm an inconvenience. I understand working a terrible job, but you can still be polite to people. I wasnt rude to you,or asking for ridiculous things. I just want a burger before work and nothing else is open. Read more

zero stars. employees have an attitude towards costumers and messed up four orders. didn't give us our reviews back, and tried... to say i didn't purchase what i did. argued about giving me a cup and fries. whenever telling employees about mistakes in apolite manner the employee decided to argue about the order. cashier boy doesn't know how to count. would recommend if you wantyour order messed up. I didn?t check the reviews before coming here because I didn?t think that I had to. My standards for fast food aren?t ... particularly high so I wasn?t concerned enough to look. I wish that I had because the previous reviews would have kept me away.To start, the app is garbage and applying a promotion made it glitch and prevented checkout so I had to remove it. Oh well Iguess. No curbside ordering so we parked in a mobile order spot and waited a few minutes before trying to go in but lobby islocked-up, even for mobile carry-out orders. So, ok, drive-thru then, even though that isn?t what I chose? After 2 or 3 minutesat the window a woman opened it without a word and her face was very unimpressed. She told us to park yet again, so we waitedseveral more minutes. Two employees came out together to give us the food because they couldn?t be bothered to end theirchatting for 40 seconds. One star because order was correct and food was fresh. I will never return to this location. Edit: Iwas wrong about the last part. I didn?t specifically check to see if the nuggets were original, turned out they were spicy whichmade them inedible for the person that asked for them. Read more

Placed order using the mobile app. Hit check in when I arrived at the store. The man working the counter refused to make the... order until I waited in line to tell him I was there to accept the order. His reasoning was that "it's not fair to othercustomers waiting in line". When I explained that doing it this way completely defeats the purpose of the app he said "I don'tcare. I don't like technology". If this store refuses to embrace their own app, then I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Read more
