Drinks were perfect each time we got them while vacationing & the staff is so quick & efficient! Great job
Literally never had a good experience here. The wait is always ~20 minutes (even if there?s no one else), their inventory... management is terrible, they don?t to advanced ordering or Apple Pay, and the employees are? unresponsive. Perhaps it?s becausethis location is not an actual Starbucks, but they put poor service in a whole new context. Read more
The manager working tonight (12/14/21) is rude and should be fired. Also, the girl who answered my phone call was rude. Not sure... what?s wrong with the manager today but if you don?t like your line of work in customer service, go get an education and find adesk job that doesn?t allow you to have customer contact. Once again this Starbucks exceeds my expectations. This was their St. Patrick's Day special and I has become my favorite cold... brew. It may have even been the batista's first time making this particular coffee but she did a fabulous job! Read more
