Is there a 0 stars? Mobile ordered and went to the store at 11:25 pm because the website says they're open until 1 am - all... doors are locked, even though the lights are on and there is someone standing in the kitchen. One of three vehicles to pull upwithin a couple minutes of each other - with one more pulling up as we were all going next door to Wendy's. Their actual hoursare apparently not common knowledge. Edit: was in here again a few months later during the day with a few friends, and thisplace clearly has issues at all times of day. The employees at the counter is actually turning people away to order at thekiosk... even though she is standing there at one of the two unused terminals. As we waited for our food, we watched this unfoldseveral more times as the lunch rush picked up. The 2 kiosk screens are right in front of the main entrance. As more people camein and were turned away at the counter, the entrance got jammed up. This location needs to close out downsize to just a drivethrough so the convenience store can be brought back. Those who know that Taco Bell serves breakfast are a cut above the rest. It's my guilty pleasure.
I paid for this?!?!?!?! So disappointed. If they keep doing this to base customers, they need their contract terminated. We... don't need business like this on base. Read more
I am an addict and have no intention of quitting. I need more cheap trash in my system.
It's hit or miss here. I like to think i don't make insanely hard changes to my orders, such as no lettuce on something or no... tomato. But every other time i come here the order is messed up. Whether thats completly messed up, or slightly messed up likestrands of lettuces just thrown into something. To make matters worse, their phone is so quite. I tried to call in to explain anissue, and gave up trying to understand them, figured whats the point. Come on guys, get it together. I worked at a taco bellfor 2 years its not rocket science ._. 1st time visiting this location, went thru the drive thru on 4/10/22 around 11:50am. Have been living in Camp Lejeune for 4... years now. I see I haven't been missing anything. Ordered 3 orders of nacho fries and they were cool to the touch, and limp. Thenachos and cheese that I paid for was not in the bag, which I discovered when I got home so that was nice for my 3 year old whowas expecting it. No utensil for my cheesy fiesta potatoes. For some reason they set your drinks out on the window sill of thedrive thru which seems unprofessional to me. The man who did my transaction did everything so fast. I have a feeling that's aproblem at this location. Speed over quality. Read more
This place is absolutely disgusting. As a former employee it?s atrocious food temps barley get checked don?t clean to Taco Bell... standards. Now manager the General mangers doesn?t care about the customers Dan Shipley strictly cares about his money and itshows i overheard several conversations about getting drive-thru times down so he could get his check. I don?t understand howsomeone with that mindset can have that much authority and most the night managers act like they have no training and don?tthere job. Crew members don?t care about you they do there job and that?s it they do the bare minimum. Read more
