We hit up the drive thru. Food was fresh and hot.
Food quality was poor, order accuracy was poor (baked potato was supposed to have bacon and melted cheese, to correct the... situation the store employee had me remove the lid and they placed bacon and cold cheese on top - when returning to table to eatI found hair in the potato/bacon/cheese mixture... The hair was not the length, color or texture of my hair so it 100% was notmine) - restaurant did refund for that individual item - but the lack of care/concern and quality will definitely deter us fromreturning to this location. Easiest place for food unfortunately. Often wrong order or stuff missing or stuff not available. Usually cold nuggets.
Food is cold- burger, fries and nuggets. Burger patty is dry, fries cold not even warm, nuggets cold and hard, bottom of the bun... hard. What happen to the quality of this location. 12:00 midnight. Does the quality at midnight not the same in the afternoon. 1time or 2nd time is ok but the 3rd and 4th time, something is wrong. I will not stop at this location again at this time. Payingfull cost but quality is not there. Sorry but it?s real. I loved Wendy?s but this location forget about it. Someone need to stepup and fix this. Read more
This place is always busy, but I truly appreciate their forward thinking and their ability to take paper written orders and... complete them in a timely fashion. I'm impressed by their staffs ability to stay positive and friendly in such a demandinglocation. The food is exactly what you would expect from a Wendy's and I've never had a problem. Don't be scared of the line inthe drive thru, you'll be surprised and happy with how quick it moves. Read more
