Great stop if eating on Camp Lejeune. The seasoned potatoes are my favorite for mornings and they are always fresh and toasty.
Tasteless food, cold, tastes like chemicals. Constantly messing up orders.
Sweet tea had rotted. Fries were cold and stale. 3 cars ahead of us, nobody inside the store, took 30 minutes to get our order.... No receipt, so couldn't do the online survey. Read more
Ordered my food and paid. Then got my food, they forgot my sauce which I asked twice for, they gave me a completely different... sandwich then what I asked for, and the food was just barely warm ehile in the bag. Fries were soggy and the lady who handed usthe food didnt say a word to us. Like come on I thought youre supposed to friendly and have some customer service but to noteven acknowledge somebody? Made it back to work after going through drive thru, found a jalapeño and 2 hairs in my 10 piece chicken nuggets

Horrible, everytime I've ordered food in the drive thru I get an attitude, for no reason. The fries are usually not fresh and... I've encountered many occasions of the breaded chicken be is sandwich or nuggets being cold or lukewarm and old tasting. Theother two Wendy locations on base stay extremely busy because this one is so horrible, they act as if you are an inconvenienceto them. Whomever the manager or shift managers are they need re-education or re-placed. The customer is the reason they have apaycheck. I'm actually shocked that this place stays in business. Look how wilted the fries are this is caused by them beingpulled up and left over the deep fryer instead of promptly putting them in the fry bin. The fries absorb the "steam" from thedeep fryer causing them to "wilt" and lose their crunchy texture. Read more
